RED WINE • 100% CABERNET FRANC
1 – Franc’n Stein | Cabernet Franc 2024
A full-bodied dark brick colour which shows a nose of violets, black cherry and cigar box with a bit of fynbos and cassis. Firm fresh palate with rounded ripe fruit and tannins.

WHITE WINE • 100% SAUVIGNON BLANC
2 – Mailing May | Sauvignon Blanc 2025
100% Elegant crisp Sauvignon Blanc offering a fruity and upfront wine for easy drinking. A nose of passion fruit, green figs and guava that delivers a refreshing saline minerality with a lively acidity on the palate.

3 – Cameo Chenin | Chenin Blanc 2026
This unwooded Chenin Blanc shows beautiful aromas of upfront guava, quince and citrus that follow through on to the palate. It has a fresh acidity with a lingering finish.

4 – Three Pearls | Grenache Rosé 2025
This delicate salmon pink Rosé is crisp, easy-drinking and bursting with strawberry and raspberry on the nose along with a fresh acidity and dry finish.

5 – Stamp of Chenin | Chenin Blanc 2026
A barrel fermented Chenin Blanc that offers a nose of pineapple, vanilla, citrus and a touch of buttery oak. Rich full bodied palate with delicate flavours of tropical fruit and a creamy mouthfeel with a soft acidity.

6 – Admirals Pinotage | Red Blend 2025
A dark blue-red rimmed Pinotage with a nose of blueberry, strawberries, chocolate, pepper and a hint of floral, giving a rich smooth palate of ripe fruit and spices.

73% Shiraz, 24% Grenache & 3% Mourvèdre. This Rhône style blend shows a nose of red berries and mocha, with a hint of white pepper spice and aniseed.

9 – Black Mail Merlot | Merlot Blend 2023
A fine nose of blackcurrant, violet, eucalyptus and chocolate with a hint of mint. Dense and complex with an elegant tannin structure giving a juicy but full finish.

10 – Bull’s Eye | Cabernet Sauvignon 2025
Full-bodied wine with a nose of blackberries, mulberries, cigar box, fynbos and juniper. Firm and oaky palate with rounded ripe fruit and tannins giving length to the finish.

32% Shiraz, 27% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 7% Petit Verdot & 7% Chenin Blanc. Full-bodied blend showing floral petals, blackcurrant, fynbos and white pepper spice. Soft, structured tannins with ripe fruit.

13 – Missing Virgin | Pinotage & Verdot Blend 2022
85% Pinotage and 15% Petit Verdot. Full-bodied blend with intensely dark ruby colour. Aromas of blueberry, fruit cake and wild heath with a hint of cinnamon. Soft subtle tannins with a rich mouthfeel.

50% Chenin Blanc & 50% Verdelho. Barrel fermented white blend showing green melon, peach and orange blossom with a spicy and nutty finish. Richly layered white fruit with a fresh, lingering acidity.

18 – Treskilling Yellow | Matured Chenin Blanc 2018
Noble Late Harvest offering upfront honeyed walnuts, dried apricot, orange marmalade and pineapple. Full-bodied, sweet and powerful with refreshing acidity and massive concentration reminiscent of Sauternes.
